

A veteran of the public relations industry, Mr. Aydelotte founded Ricochet Public Relations in August of 2000, after eight years at Rubenstein Associates, the New York public relations firm owned by Howard Rubenstein. Today, as the President of Ricochet PR, he personally trains every publicist in the company and directs all of the company's new business development initiatives.
In 2007, PR Week named Mr. Aydelotte as one of five finalists for its prestigious PR Professional of the Year award, recognizing his pioneering role in the development of Ricochet's Publicist Certification Program™, the first of its kind in the industry.
In the wake of Ricochet's success, Mr. Aydelotte is now investing a portion of the agency's profits in The Ricochet Group, a charitable subsidiary of Ricochet which represents not-for-profits at no charge whatsoever.
A native of Rochester, New York, Mr. Aydelotte earned a BA from Dickinson College and an MA in Journalism from the Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.
Mr. Aydelotte lives in Manhattan with his wife, a freelance journalist and yoga instructor, and their son.

Mr. Silverman joined Ricochet PR in April 2001 as the company's first employee and has been pivotal in nearly every aspect of its growth. He was named CEO in April of 2007. Mr. Silverman works closely with all of the agency's clients, directing campaigns throughout North America and Europe. He also works hand-in-hand with every member of Ricochet's management team, overseeing the growth and operations of the company. Before joining Ricochet, Mr. Silverman worked at Rubenstein Associates.
Prior to his public relations career, Mr. Silverman worked in New York City and Los Angeles as an Assistant Director on feature films, commercials and music videos. He is a native of New Jersey and earned his BA from Rutgers University. He now resides in Connecticut with his wife – an attorney – and their daughter. Mr. Silverman is an avid golfer and a life-long Mets fan.

Mr. Matkin became COO in April 2007. He directs all of the company's day-to-day operations, oversees the managing directors of the company's three divisions and manages campaigns for key accounts.
Prior to joining Ricochet in 2003, Mr. Matkin taught literature and writing at the School of Visual Arts in Manhattan. He worked for many years as a freelance journalist, with bylines appearing in publications ranging from the New York Post to Gear magazine to Playboy.com. Mr. Matkin covered the rise and fall of some of the Internet's most fascinating companies, including UrbanFetch.com and MyLackey.com.
Mr. Matkin holds an MFA in Creative Writing from Indiana University at Bloomington and an MA in Professional Writing. Originally from Vancouver, Canada, Mr. Matkin now lives in Brooklyn, New York. In his spare time, he surfs the beaches of Queens and Long Island.

Ms. Roth oversees all of the company's work in technology and healthcare. With a BS in Communications from New York University, she joined Ricochet in 2004 and distinguished herself by establishing the company's client services expertise, a key element of the agency's portfolio of services. During her tenure she has represented start-ups to Fortune 500 companies in a wide range of fields, including data centers, enterprise software, financial services technology, semiconductors, Web 2.0, consumer electronics, diagnostic imaging and medical devices. She currently oversees all technology and healthcare staff and spearheads campaigns for Ricochet's premier accounts in both practice areas.
A native of Southern California, Ms. Roth is also a jeweler, cupcake connoisseur, and aspiring artist. She is a weekly volunteer at Lighthouse International, where she reads to the visually impaired.

Mr. Abrashkin was named Managing Director of our industry group in 2007. He currently manages PR campaigns for a number of industrial companies in renewable energy, manufacturing, chemicals and recycling.
Prior to joining Ricochet, Mr. Abrashkin worked in a Columbia University laboratory studying the function of tumor suppressor genes. He holds a BA in Biological Sciences from Columbia University in New York. Originally from Northampton, Massachusetts, he now lives in Brooklyn and is an aspiring amateur chef.

Ms. Willis manages Ricochet's Washington, DC, office and specializes in media and public affairs. She joined Ricochet in February 2008 and provides pivotal strategic counsel and team leadership to the company's most influential clients across all three practice areas. In addition to her background in corporate media strategy, Ms. Willis brings extensive experience in grassroots campaign design, issue advocacy planning and crisis management planning to the Ricochet team.
A ten-year legislative and corporate communications veteran, Ms. Willis spent six years at General Electric Company after serving as a staffer for former Sen. Strom Thurmond (R-SC). She holds a BA in Political Science from Lander University and has completed extensive graduate studies in Public Administration at American University.
Originally from Aiken, South Carolina, she now lives in Arlington, Virginia, where she frequents college football games and live music venues.
Ms. Resnikoff coordinates all training for Ricochet's publicists, including the six-month Ricochet Publicist Certification Program™ for new hires and continuing education classes for experienced employees. She also oversees much of the writing that goes on at the company.
With a BA from Columbia University in Neuroscience and Behavior, Ms. Resnikoff is also a classically trained dancer. On weekends, she volunteers at Phelps Memorial Hospital, near her home in Westchester County.
